Moveset:

A moves: Jack attacks with week punches and dance moves (sliding, spinning, erratic movement attacks) mixed in with some surprises (like dropping a bomb in the middle of a slide). As well as his Soul Robber from "The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge" for some of his attacks.

Grab: Uses his Soul Robber to grab opponents from a distance and throw them by either punching them in the face (forward throw) or with various dance throws (Ex. Jack spin's around with victim and then let's go, sending the victim flying)

B: BOO!: Jack makes a scary face while yelling "Boo!", stunning any character in front of him. The move can be charged up to 5 seconds
(More charge = wider attack range, characters stay stunned longer, and he yells "Boo!" louder)

Down B: Pumpkin Bomb: Jack plucks a pumpkin out of the ground. You can then throw it in front of you with A. When it hits something it will explode (explosion doesn't affect Jack). Sometimes a pumpkin won't explode, in which case it acts like a very heavy projectile!
(Pumpkin is only slightly lighter then the Bonsly pokeball Pokémon in SSBB making it hard to carry)

Side B: Bat Boomerang: Jack throws a bat forward (if it hits an opponent it does a small amount of damage and knockback). Also after flying a short distance, hitting someone, or if attacked (The bat can be attacked and can cancel out projectile attacks that hit it) it will fly away. The bat will occasionally (not always) latch on to a victim causing continues damage similar to a Pikmin (Jack can throw out up to 5 bats at any 1 time)

Up B: Flaming Leap: Jack lights himself on fire and leaps high into the air! Jack has super armor while doing this attack. Anyone coming into contact with Jack will receive a decent amount of fire damage and low knockback

Final Smash: It's Halloween!: First the music changes to "Halloween Town" and the stage you are fighting on get's a get's a Halloween Town makeover that affect's game play for everyone except for Jack! (eg. a creepy fountain in the background that shoots at characters, a guillotine that slices down, exploding jack-O-lanterns ext…) Also various Halloween Town Characters appear and cause havoc and misfortune for everyone expect for Jack! (Eg. Lock, Shock and Barrel attack Characters and steal items, Dr. Finkelstein runs over characters in his wheelchair, The Mayor scares characters ext…) The exact effect's of the Final Smash would vary from stage to stage and the whole thing would on average (the exact time varies from stage to stage) last a little under a minute.

Taunts:

Up taunt: Jack takes off his head and thin sys "What am I going to do for next Halloween?" He then puts his head back on.

Side taunt: Jack calls Zero and throws him a bone. Zero appears fetches it and then disappears. (Occasionally Zero will bring back an item instead of the bone)

Down taunt: Zero appears and floats around Jack a few times before disappearing.

Kirby Hat: Kirby would gain a Jack Skilington mask (mask changes fecal expression when Kirby use's Jack's Basic B move)

Jack is from a place called Halloween Town where he's the most important person.

His job is to go out every year on Halloween scare people the living daylight's out of people.

Snake: Huh, he doesn't look so scary to me!

Hmmmm, I wonder how easily he gets scared?
