Jack's FS: Smashville

When Jack Skilington use's his Final Smash (from my SSB4 moveset [link] for him), the whole stage change's
This is what happens when he use's it on Smashville

-The sun set's and the moon come's out and people put out there Jack-O-Lantern's (regardless of the auchel time of day)
-The people watching the fight get rowdy
-Toxic gas randomly spew's out of sewer vent's that seam to have appeared out of nowhere ready to damage and/or Poison caricters
-A Guillotine appears ready to slice anyone dumb enuth to jump thew it
-and a curten Elicited official stand's ready to scare the living daylights out of any one brave enuth to come close
