Oak's Gatekaper Chu Emote

twitchplayspokemon's Anniversary Red run was a pokedex completion run on a slightly modified version of Red that up'ed the difficulty, made all pokemon available to be caught in the wild somewhere or another and a new TRUE final boss that can only be unlocked by beating the E4 and Champion with a completed pokedex, Prof. Oak himself! 1 of his pokemon was a Lv. 100 Pikachu witch cosed quite a stir cos of events that happened near the start of the run, after leaveing Pallit town we got asulted by uber powerful (considering the point in the game that we were at) Pikachu that keept making us Black out. this led to the lore that they were gatekepers preventing us from advancing to veridien city. So when at the end of the game for Prof. Oak to come out of no were and fight us with a Lv. 100 Pikachu right after having beaten Blue, well it was obvious that he controlled the leader of there little organization and that if we wanted to become the true champion of Kanto, we were going to need to beat the most powerful Pikachu in the world!
