There are 2 slight verients of this flar, this verson (minus the backgrond witch is auto generated by being turned into a GIF) and 1 with the timid tendencys of Sam more obvious (hopefully) at the cost of putting more stuff into each frame. the Zip download includes both frames of both versions of this flair in PNG format [With no background, the background was added in by the GIF generation software], the WIP [Paint.Net] file for both frames, and the GIF you see here.

Sam the Eevee. originally named "KKK" right before being evolved before the hivemind could even leave the building witch associated him with a certen cult the hivemind quickly ran to the lavender town name rater were his nickname changed to "AAAAAAAaaa" (or Sam as the hivemind like to refer to him) often portrayed to be EXTREMELY timid and scared easily. and not at all like his original nicname would imply. In my headcanon this is cos Sam was born into sead cult against his will, with his original nickname printed on his pokeball, as a result of his past (and 1st encounter with the voices and there recon to lurning what his name was) he's been traumatized and dus his timid personality. This is referenced in the hover frame witch is a nightmarish memory from Sam's past. Poor Sam
